Athletes and parents may sign up for SportsYou to received all important athletics information and updates. Please see attachment for sign up instructions.  

 

Very important!

A majority of students signed up for athletics still have not turned in the required forms!  All Incoming 7th graders must must have a cleared physical dated after April 1st, 2021, medical history form AND all 3 RankOne online forms complete to be cleared for participation.  

 

Incoming 8th graders do NOT need a new physical if they already have one on file but must turn in a new medical history form and ALL online forms.  

 

Volleyball tryouts begin on the 2nd day of school.  Anyone who is not cleared for participation and misses tryouts will NOT be allowed to make it up.  

 

Please make it a priority to complete your athletics forms PRIOR to the start of school.  Forms turned in the day of tryouts will not be reviewed/cleared in time to tryout the same day.

Starting Tuesday, Aug. 24th

**High School athlete paperwork must be turned in before school at the gym ATR. 

**Middle School paperwork will be turned into the athletics coordinator (Coach George or Coach Mosley) at school to be reviewed by the AT.

Athletes will not be cleared until the trainers have reviewed the forms.  Please note athletes are unlikely to be cleared the same day they turn in forms.
